Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust are committed to offering the right support to people with mental health conditions to improve their physical health. The Trust will do this through working closely with primary care and local people. Our dedicated physical health support workers will improve the offer of training for staff and ensure that people receiving care are involved in shaping how our services are designed and offered.
